RECITALS 2025, are 1:00p and 5:00p at SOUTH Side High School, 3601 S Calhoun Street, 46807
Auditorium doors are on the SOUTH side of the building.
Use the circle drive to access the ramp.
Parking is on the SOUTH side of the building. Door #7.
RECITAL NOTES!!
Enter the auditorium doors on the SOUTH side of the building and take your dancer to the band and choir rooms (dressing areas).
If you are a recital volunteer you will start to gather your group in the dressing areas.
If you are a spectator, you will wait outside the auditorium for the doors to open.
The outside auditorium doors are handicapped accessible via a ramp in the circle drive.
Auditorium Doors open for spectators at 12:25p, 4:25p, respectively.
RECITAL NOTES:
NOTE!--DANCERS STAY BACKSTAGE WITH THEIR CLASS DURING THE ENTIRE RECITAL.
Female parent/guardians are allowed to enter the dressing rooms during the recital to help your dancer change.
Please do not leave the auditorium during dances as this will interrupt our video and other parent’s view.
All dancers in classes younger than 11+ will have a gold wristband included in your ticket envelope.
This is to be worn on the right wrist at RECITAL only.
Please put the wristband on at HOME and cut the excess.
Your last name will be on the tear-away tab and your dancer’s full name and phone number will be on the wristband.
You will use the tear-away tab to identify yourself at the end of the recital/dismissal from the dressing room area.
Please be patient during dismissal.
