5:00 Dress Rehearsal--Friday, June 2, starting, at 4:30p at North Side High School

Twinkle Recital--Saturday, June 3, at 1:00p at North Side High School (dancers arrive at 12:15p)

Stars 1 Recital--Saturday, June 3, at 5:00p at North Side High School (dancers arrive at 4:15p)

Stars 2 Recital-Sunday, June 4, at 2:00p at North Side High School (dancers arrive at 1:15p)

DRESS REHEARSAL NOTES!!

Enter through door #4 for dress rehearsal. If anyone in your party needs an elevator they will need to park near door #12-This is the door with the large pillars close to the river. Please text Lisa at the number previously provided for assistance.

Travel to North Side High at this time of day could have some delays on Lafayette/Spy Run due to construction at the Fort. Please allow plenty of time or take an alternate route 

WE ARE REHEARSING IN A BLOCK SCHEDULE SO MOST DANCERS WILL NOT HAVE TO BE AT REHEARSAL VERY LONG. THE ORDER WE REHEARSE THE DANCES IS NOT THE ACTUAL SHOW ORDER. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK THE ACTUAL SHOW ORDER BELOW TO KNOW WHICH COSTUME TO ARRIVE IN. THANKS!!

ONLY ONE PARENT ATTENDS DRESS REHEARSAL WITH THEIR DANCER(S). 

DANCERS SIT WITH THEIR CLASS IN THE AUDITORIUM DURING DRESS REHEARSAL. PARENTS SIT BEHIND THE DANCERS.

DANCERS IN MORE THAN ONE DANCE WILL HAVE A LIMITED TIME TO CHANGE INTO THEIR NEXT COSTUME AT REHEARSAL.

DANCERS ARE FREE TO LEAVE DRESS REHEARSAL AFTER THEIR PERFORMANCE(S).

Premiere Dance Co. is not responsible for your dancer while they are waiting to perform and/or after they perform and return to their seat.

Dancers wear their full costume, stage hair and make-up to dress rehearsal.

PLEASE REFER TO THE CHECKLIST FROM OUR PORTRAIT DAY FOR HAIR, SHOE, AND TIGHTS REQUIREMENTS.

We know some families may be rushed after work, but please do the best you can for rehearsal as it helps us determine if we need to change anything.
Have all parts of your dancer's costumes including hair accessories, tights, all shoes, etc. Please label everything!
Dancers should not wear underwear with most costumes. The exception is if they are wearing just pants without tights for hip hop etc. 
Dancers should not wear jewelry or nail polish.
Please make sure you have the correct skin-toned bra if needed. 
Hair and make-up tutorials were emailed. Let us know if you need the Youtube links again. 

RECITAL NOTES!!

DANCERS ENTER DOOR #1 (main entrance) and follow the signs to their assigned dressing rooms. Audience members enter door#4. Anyone who needs an elevator will need to enter door #12 (see instruction above).  Door #1 (dancers) and #4 (audience) will be marked with signs and directions to the auditorium. 

Dancers in the 1:00 Twinkle show should arrive at 12:15p. 

Dancers in the 5:00 Stars 1 show should arrive at 4:15p.

Dancers in the 2:00 Stars 2 show should arrive at 1:15p.

Doors open for spectators at 12:25p, 4:25p, 1:25p respectively.

NOTE!--DANCERS STAY BACKSTAGE WITH THEIR CLASS DURING THE ENTIRE RECITAL.

All RECREATIONAL DANCERS WILL RECEIVE A WRISTBAND WITH A NUMBER AND CORRESPONDING TEAR-OFF TAB. THESE ARE TO BE WORN AT THE RECITAL ONLY!

DANCERS WILL ONLY BE DISMISSED TO THEIR PARENT FROM THE DRESSING ROOM AT THE CONCLUSION OF THE RECITAL AND FINALE'.

PLEASE DO NOT ASK FOR EXCEPTIONS TO THIS PROTOCOL.

FEMALE PARENT/GUARDIANS ARE ALLOWED TO HELP WITH COSTUME CHANGES DURING THE RECITAL.

Hello,

I think we may have had an email glitch because I've had several people ask about recital instructions. I apologize if you didn't receive this earlier. This information is also on our website under Recital Info. 

Dancers should arrive 45 minutes prior to their recital start time, so 12:15, 4:15 and 1:15 respectively for the Saturday, 1:00, 5:00 and Sunday 2:00 recitals. 

All dancers enter Door #1 off the main parking lot. Go up the stairs to the right and into the K hall for dancer drop off. Make sure your dancer has their wristband on and keep the tear-off tag. Look for the sign near the K hall doors with your dancer's songs on them. You will then leave the K hall and turn R to follow signs to the auditorium. Parent volunteers will pick up their name tag in the K hall. 

Attendees should enter door #4 off the main parking lot and follow signs to the auditorium. 

Doors to the auditorium open 35 minutes before the show.

Any tickets that were not picked up during our last week of class or at rehearsal will be available at the ticket table.

All dancers remain in their dressing rooms until the end of the show.

After the finale', dancers will be taken back to the K hall for pick up.

We will have several volunteers checking wrist bands, but this process can sometimes take a bit of time. Thanks for your patience. 

At the end of the show, if anyone in your party does not want to keep their recital program, they can leave it on the table for the next show. 

Thanks for having your dancer ready for rehearsals. They all did a great job.
